THE HISTORY OF NASI TUMPANG KELANTAN :
Nasi Tumpang(Nasi Tupe) is a type of traditional Kelantan food It is believed to have been marketed around Kota Bharu especially in Pasar Kubang Pasu since decades ago.It is believed, originally, this nasi tumpang is one of the king's meals, but has been made as a supply by those who travel and those who go out to sea as it is slowly stale and easy to carry. Today, it is sold in markets especially in Pasar Kubang Pasu but in a diminished quality because of its growing popularity in the desert.
THE INGREDIENTS OF NASI TUMPANG KELANTAN :
It is usually made from shrimp, fish, fish sauce, goulash and omelet.
THE PRESENTATION OF NASI TUMPANG KELANTAN :
It is It is a kind of food packed with banana leaves in the form of cone. Where the cinnamon is placed alternately with its side .
